The Bainum Family Foundation’s Food Security Initiative hired Local Concepts to support the transition of a proprietary web-based tool, The Food Learning Locator, to a new organizational home. Local Concepts worked with leadership to develop effective communications, conduct interviews with prospective organizations, organize community information sessions, conduct capacity assessments, and to provide general project management including document creation and archiving, meeting facilitation and relationship-building. Local Concepts also created a press release package, including the production of an informational video using zoom recordings and b-roll to tell the transition story.
